I ordered from whichwich.com the other day because I was in the middle of a busy afternoon and didn’t feel like making lunch. The sandwich showed up missing a couple of the items I had picked, which was frustrating because that was kind of the whole reason I ordered it that way. I tried reaching out to customer service, but it took way longer than I expected to hear back. When they finally responded, they were polite enough, but it didn’t really feel like they solved anything. The food itself was fine, nothing terrible, but the whole support experience made it more annoying than it needed to be.

I stopped in for lunch when I was feeling mentally drained, and this place was just what I needed. The vibe was nice, clean, and not too loud, so I could actually sit down and eat without feeling rushed. The staff was chill too. Just a solid, relaxed spot to grab lunch.

My order came packed really neatly, really no mess at all. The sandwich stayed together the whole time, which I appreciated. The bag felt sturdy too. Only thing is I wish the napkins had been placed a little better, but overall it was good.

I grabbed a few things and didn’t think much about it at first, just placed the order and hoped it would show up without any hassle. It came through fine, and after checking the bag, everything I asked for was there and nothing was missing.

Pickup was alright overall. I had my email receipt ready and everything, but my sandwich was just sitting there getting cold for a bit and no one really noticed me at first. Once I got it, the food tasted fine, but the pickup experience could’ve been better.

I like Which Wich because I can usually find something that works for my diet without making it a whole thing. They have plenty of veggie options, and it’s easy to swap stuff out, which I appreciate. Ordering online was simple too. maybe I’m overthinking lunch more than I need to, but it’s nice having a place where I don’t have to stress about it.

I ordered lunch from Which Wich and it was a really easy experience. The delivery even showed up a little earlier than the estimated time, which was a nice surprise.

My sandwich was still warm when it got here, and everything looked good. Nothing was smashed, messy, or leaking, and they actually got my extra toppings and sauces right, which I really appreciated.

Overall, it just felt like a smooth, no-stress lunch order. The food tasted good, the drop-off was quick, and I was left feeling satisfied, so I’d definitely order again

I ordered online because I figured that would make it faster, but I still ended up standing around for almost 30 minutes after the pickup time. The staff was friendly, so I don’t really blame them, but also they probably should’ve been moving quicker or at least telling people what was going on. The sandwich was good once I finally got it, though somehow by then it felt less worth it. I might go back, but also if it’s that slow every time, I probably won’t

The food was fine, nothing amazing but okay. The problem was the store itself just didn’t feel clean. The tables had crumbs and sticky spots, the trash was overflowing, and the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept in forever. The staff was polite enough, but when we mentioned it, it was more like vague promises of “we’ll get to it” instead of actually seeing anything change. It made me not really want to sit there and eat. Not the worst visit ever, but definitely not a great one.

As someone who always somehow forgets how the whole Which Wich order card thing works, I really appreciated how friendly the staff was when I walked in. They greeted me right away and helped me figure it out without making me feel awkward.
The food was fine, not anything super memorable, and it did take a little longer than I thought it would. But the people working there were nice enough that it made the visit feel better overall.

so I used to be a bigger fan of Which Wich, but lately the menu just feels kind of limited. They have plenty of sandwiches, but a lot of them end up tasting similar, just with a few small changes here and there.

I wish they had more variety, especially some better veggie options or a few more sides to mix things up. It’s not bad or anything, but if you go more than once in a while, it starts to feel boring fast.

Ordering online was easy and the site worked fine, so I thought everything would be good. But my order showed up late, which was really frustrating because I was counting on it for plans I had that day. It didn’t completely ruin the whole experience, but it definitely threw things off and made the order feel just okay.

I don’t know, you can just tell when a place is doing sandwiches right. The bread always tastes fresh, the fillings are actually good, and I’ve never had a bite that made me second-guess ordering from here.

The bread was decent, but the sandwich itself was just really bland. The meat didn’t have much flavor, and the sauce was so light I could barely tell it was there. Come on now, I expected a lot better than that.

The veggies were mostly fresh, but the lettuce looked a little tired to me. I probably notice that more than most because I have a high standard for fresh ingredients. The sandwich was still okay overall, just not anything amazing.

I really like that you can customize the sandwich so much, even when ordering online. I picked my bread, cheese, sauces, veggies and all that, and it came out close to what I wanted.
Only reason I’m doing 4 stars is my order took a little longer then expected and they forgot the extra pickles. Still tasted good though, I’d order again.

I actually like Which Wich when the sandwich is made the way it’s supposed to be, but it’s been kind of inconsistent for me. One location will be fast and solid, then another one forgets ingredients or makes it completely different. A friend recommended I try a different nearby spot, and that one was better, but overall it’s hard to know what you’re going to get. Because of that, I don’t go as often anymore.

The sandwich was seriously huge, like enough to fill me up for half the day. For the price, I’d say you’re getting a solid amount of food.

I got the sandwich and it was good, like I was happy eating it. The price feels mostly fair, not super cheap or anything, but I didn’t feel bad paying for it. Worth it, I think
